The in-app browser's URL bar doubles as a search bar — type a query instead of a URL and it searches the web instantly.
When you type text into the URL bar that isn't a valid URL, the browser automatically treats it as a search query. It uses Google as the default search engine and loads the results page inside the sandbox.
